The Administrative Office: Mr. Xu Yingshou

   The Administrative Office is in charge of the daily running of the undergraduate teaching program. It is the central administration to constitute the Blueprints for Talents Cultivation and to arrange teaching schedule. The missions of the Administrative Office are as follows:

• To draft and revise the Blueprints for Talents Cultivation and the   Teaching Plans;

• Be responsible for the daily examination and supervision of the     teaching;

• Be responsible for the teaching schedule arrangement. To print and   distribute the schedule of undergraduate classes, teachers and       classrooms;

• Be responsible for class adjustment; to arrange for the classroom   utilization;To confirm the teaching accidents;To arrange the         continuing education and audition for the extramural.
